I found a great recipe for Cake Balls from Mommy's Kitchen blog here:

They are awesome and she gives you step by step on how to make them, I made Red Velvet Cake mixed with 1 can of cream cheese frosting and Dipped some in White Chocolate and Milk Chocolate....One tip, make sure your cake balls are completely frozen before dipping, it makes it much easier...I don't have a picture but there is one on Mommy's blog....I should have taken a picture of the ones I made but they didn't last long, they were a hit for Thanksgiving!
